L i c e n s e     A g r e e m e n t

TRACK is a powerful relativistic 3D ray-tracing program for charged particles
in magnetic and electric fields. It has been developed and maintained by and
remains the property of the Magnet Section of the Paul Scherrer Institute (PSI)
in Switzerland. Usage of TRACK outside PSI is allowed under the gentlemen's
agreement that any publications including results obtained with the program
clearly refer to the TRACK code and mention PSI.

TRACK is not a commercial program, it is free and as such is given on an "as is"
basis. The authors have invested lots of time and the best of their knowledge
in its development. In case you do find bugs or would like to have certain new
features, please contact the authors Vjeran Vrankovic or David George (retired).
Neither the authors nor PSI can be held responsible for any damage, direct or
indirect, that originates from the usage of the program.
